Looking back on my childhood, I noticed that i was definitely a wild kid. The definition of a tomboy, always hanging out with the boys and playing sports. I took karate and kick boxing for a few years and eventually started doing dance. After a while, i gave up with all of this and quit everything around the fifth grade. Other then my bossy antics, I'm completely animal/nature orientated. My biggest desire right now is to move away from this awful place and live some place that's constantly sunny and warm and have a few cute pets to take care of. As of right now, i have two GORGEOUS kitties. :) One is a boy, he's seven years old (28 in cat years) and his name is Tigger. The other one is a female, she's only three years old and she has a foreign serbian name that i won't even attempt to type... I always wanted to get a rabbit and name it Thumper, but my mom is pretty permanent on her decision to never get one of the "foul smelling creatures."
My big group of friends is a definite blessing and I think I'm lucky to have each and everyone of them. I can trust all of them with every secret and I know I won't regret that decision. They're always there for me when i get stuck in situations full of teen angst. Being a teenager is insanity, so I think they keep me fairly sane... I'm also pretty lucky to be dating my best friend. He's honest and hilarious and I think those are both very important factors to a relationship!
Other then all of that, I'm probably the most impatient person you'll ever meet. This is the biggest imperfection of mine that i've tried repeatedly to maintain. Somehow, everytime I do try, whatever I'm waiting for usually gets delayed and my temper flares. If I could change anything about myself, that would definitely be it! Towards the positive side, I'm extremely loyal to people I love and care for. I love the feeling of being able to help someone emotionally just by listening and by assuring the person that they can confide in me.
In this course i hope to accomplish a number of things: to become a stronger writer, improve the structure of my work, and broaden the variety of writing methods i can choose from. I love english courses, but I've always disliked writing about topics that I'm not completely interested in. It makes me excited to know that in this course I'll have a variety of topics to choose from that I can put my full potential towards.
